Kriya's mission is to help individuals, groups and organizations "create sanctuaries from the noise of the world."
OUR PROCESS
Kriya's approach to working with clients is three-fold:
- Assisting clients in taking a "time-out" from both the internal and external chatter that keeps them stuck in uncomfortable or non-productive situations.
- Providing clients with a range of strategies, techniques, theories and practices to select from that enable them to examine their situations with fresh lenses, and to problem-solve with renewed energy, vision and optimism.
- Conducting periodic follow-up consultations geared toward providing support, clarification or modification as problem-solving approaches are implemented.
