Kriya Associates, Inc. conducts one, two and multi-day staff retreats that are strictly customized to meet the organization's needs. Whether for intensive strategic planning; staff rejuvenation; or time away from the office to focus on a specific issue, the retreats are always designed to enable participants to transform their work experience into one that is optimally productive, creative and satisfying.
Kriya Associates, Inc. uses a variety of methodologies to enhance the retreat experience and to tap into many different learning styles and personality traits. We integrate the use of didactic learning with both kinesthetic and auditory/visual approaches. We use simulations, exercises, crafts, music and other forms of creative arts. We encourage organizations to identify retreat space that allows the incorporation of nature, exercise and meditation or quiet time for the participants.

Personal empowerment retreats are also available for independent or self-help groups that are not affiliated with an organization.
